Anne is a graduate of The Pennylvania School fo Muscle Therapy where she completed over 1000 hours in the Professional Massage Therapy AMTA/COMTA Accredited Program, which includes Massage Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology, Corrective Medical Massage Techniques, Shiatsu, Advanced Anatomy and Physiology and Science of Kinesiology,
Anne continued her own personal development while deepening her awareness of the body's healing and regenerative energy while practicing shiatsu. Studies included Oriental Medical Theory, Structural Alignment, Food and Healing, Zen Shiatsu, Fascia, Shiatsu Shin Tai and Hara. Anne a healing therapist for over 16 years, has studied numerous styles of healing arts.
Anne has the skills and intuitive ability to treat each client as an individual, to create a sense of wholeness and well-being using her trained techniques. What you can expect from a session with Anne is a blend of modalities that will suit you best. Techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, craniosacral, energy healing or shiatsu, where points are used to help relax the body and enhance the body's natural healing processes.
Anne is a recognized licensed massage therapist in the state of Pennsylvania and a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Anne has also completed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is always up to date oh CPR certification.
