Bring in your own playlist

Soothing music plays a big part in helping the body relax.  Music helps regulate stress hormones.  It affects heartbeat, pulse rate, blood pressure and the way we breath. 
 
With technology today we have the ability to create our own soothing play lists while we enjoy a massage.  If you have an Ipod, Iphone, or download a CD to  create a "massage" play list and bring it with you.  Use my docking station or use earbuds if you like to be closer to the music. 
 
Here is a great gift idea, a Massage Gift Certificate and a CD of mixed songs you made for your friend or loved one to listen to while they are getting a relaxing massage.  How sweet is that?  Music is so powerful, put it together with a massage and it will be so memorable.
 
Suggestions, make the CD or playlist as long as the appointment time, an hour massage an hour of music.  Keep the music slow and mellow, if the song makes you want to tap your foot or bob your head, leave it off the list.
