Want to learn about lucid dreaming? Dreams help the brain and heart process emotions we can't always face in waking life. They give shape and story to grief, fear, love, or joy. Dreams help us move energy that might otherwise stay stuck. Often, after a vivid dream, we wake feeling lighter or with more clarity. Rooted in ancient tradition, herbal pillows were used to harness the calming properties of natural herbs to create vivid, lucid dreaming and promote restful sleep. Discover centuries old practices, with Anne Butler in this hands on, heart centered gathering, we will: ✨Create a small herbal dream pillow, infused with energetic intention, that can be placed under or next to your bed pillow. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and the time of other clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. *Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *Missed appointments without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *After 3 no-shows, or last-minute cancellations, all future appointments will require prepayment at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.
