Service Description

In this group sound healing session with Michael, you will experience a short, guided meditation followed by a heart centered multi-instrument journey into sound and vibration. Yoga mat, blanket and a pillow will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own or a bolster if needed. Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other sacred instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state. These sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state, bringing your mind, body, soul, and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Let Michael help you relax, heal and release your stress, feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded. Come experience the amazing healing power of sound. Michael is a lifelong musician and artist who has always loved helping others. He found sound healing and vibrational therapy on his own journey through healing himself. He found the healing powers of sound and vibration so profound that he wanted to share these gifts with all of humanity. He decided to further his education in the field and got certified in Integral Sound Healing with Multiple Instruments at the Sound Healing Academy International. He also got multiple sound certifications from Life Changing Energies. Michael has seen absolutely amazing results firsthand in his own healing as well as in his clients healings in so many facets of life. His intuition and love for all, allows clients to feel connected, comfortable, and safe. Michael offers large group sound baths, intimate small group sound baths, and individualized personal 1 to 1 sound healing sessions.
