Service Description
Energy work focuses on the body's subtle systems that influence how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. In these sessions, I work with the energy body, energy centers and meridian pathways to support balance, flow and regulation. Using light touch or hands placed just above the body, I assess areas that feel congested, depleted or overstimulated. Much of this work centers around -Supporting the chakras, especially the foundational energy center related to safety, stability and grounding. -Balancing the nervous system to shift out of fight or flight into a more regulated state. -Clearing stagnant or heavy energy that may be contributing to physical tension. -Replenishing areas that feel fatigued or energetically drained. -Encouraging alignment between the physical body and the subtle energy body
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and the time of other clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. *Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *Missed appointments without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *After 3 no-shows, or last-minute cancellations, all future appointments will require prepayment at the time of booking and will be non-refundable. I understand that situations arise, and I will always do my best to be flexible when possible.
