Service Description

These deeply restorative 90 minute sessions are designed to empower and develop one chakra at a time, supporting your energetic, emotional, and physical well being. Book individually or commit to the full 7- session series Package option available What To Expect: 1) Each session begins by intuitively selecting specific meridian pathways based in traditional Chinese medicine to support and unblock the chakra in focus. This helps release emotional residue, energetic stagnation, and internalized patters stored in the body. As the body begins to relax and the breath deepens, the energy field becomes more receptive to healing and integration. 2) We then move into the energetic healing using a blend of Pranic Healing, Reiki and Quantum Ligh Therapy. During this portion of the session, you will be gently guided through a visual meditation crafted to help you connect more deeply with the energy and essence of the chakra being supported. 3)The session will conclude while you rest on the Vibroacoustic sound bed where a specific vibrational frequency tuned to the chakra are delivered through the body and nervous system anchoring the healing work at a cellular level and supporting full body integration. You will be sent home with journal prompts or inner dialogue prompts and how best to use them to connect deeper on a more personal level, continuing the healing journey until your next session.
