Add this after your bodywork (massage or shiatsu) session or schedule as a stand-alone session.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and the time of other clients, I require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. *Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *Missed appointments without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. *After 3 no-shows, or last-minute cancellations, all future appointments will require prepayment at the time of booking and will be non-refundable. I understand that situations arise, and I will always do my best to be flexible when possible.
